Loan Process Tips

  1. Prepare, prepare, prepare. We cannot stress this enough, the bank will want recent payslips bank account statements and various other documents so make sure you are prepared and gather those documents. The reason we stress this is that the bank will not even look at your loan until your have provided them with these documents, so if you have them prepared when you come to see us your loan can be processed very quickly and is generally speaking the determining factor in many cases of how long it take for someone to get there loan approved.
  2. Preapprovals, if you are planning on buying a house and have come to some conclusion on your purchase amount you can seek to complete a preapproval. This is basically where you can be pre-approved by the bank for a loan and you are able to act quickly when a property pops up for purchase and not have to go through the few weeks of the approval stage.
