Business Mentoring and Coaching

A business coach or mentor needs to be somebody that is able to put to you the hard questions and also hold you accountable for the actions or lack of that take place in your business.  They should be somebody that has extensive experience not just in a successful business (of course this is what we all want) but somebody who has also had the experience of a business that has not performed so well.  The experiences and knowledge gained by somebody who has been through a business that did not perform as expected or desired can be invaluable.  The ability to identify problems that are developing before they have gone past the point of salvage can mean the difference between success or failure.

Our team have experienced both the highs of a successful business and the lows of a non-performing business.  We have come through the challenges and more importantly have gained knowledge and insight through understanding why certain issues affected the business so badly and how to identify these problems whilst they are in their infancy and more importantly have developed methods to overcome them.

Your mentor and coach should be somebody who loves what they do.  They need to be invested in the success of your business not just in order to collect their fees but rather to enjoy success through your success.  Communication is a key part to the mentoring process and your mentor should be adept at not only advising you but also at listening to you and understanding what your goals are.

We believe the key to a good mentor is not only having the knowledge to impart but also the ability to encourage and foster clear, open and honest communication.  We are not here to be your friend.  We are here to help your business grow.  Of course we enjoy developing the friendly and professional relationship that does come through a successful partnership.
